    After the successful events in 2025, we’re off to a flying start: the RoadStars Driving Experience is entering the next round! Register now using the form below and experience the future of electromobility up close.

    On 17 and 18 April we will open the gates of our plant in Wörth exclusively for you as members of the RoadStars community. Look forward to a personal exchange with our Mercedes-Benz Trucks engineers, insights into the Mercedes-Benz Trucks plant in Wörth, an exclusive safety training and, as the highlight: your own test drive, including the eActros 600. Feel for yourself what it’s like to push the eActros 600’s accelerator — a driving sensation that thrills!

    Be there and secure your place now for this unforgettable experience! Participant numbers are limited; participants will be drawn by lot from all applicants. A valid truck driving licence is mandatory for participation. The registration deadline is 1 March.

    Terms and conditions of participation.

    Daimler Truck AG is organising an exclusive RoadStars promotion under the following terms and conditions of participation. By participating, you accept the following terms and conditions of participation.

    1. Organiser.

    Daimler Truck AG, Fasanenweg 10, 70771 Leinfelden-Echterdingen

    2. Deadline for participation.

    The promotion starts on 02/02/2026 and ends at midnight on 01/03/2026.

    3. Participants.

    Participation is only possible via the website https://roadstars.mercedes-benz-trucks.com. Each participant may only take part in the promotion once.

    All persons aged 18 or over who are registered as truck drivers on the above-mentioned website and hold a valid class C driving licence may participate.

    When registering, it is essential that all personal details provided are true. Otherwise, exclusion in accordance with Section 4 may apply.

    4. Exclusion from participation.

    Employees of Daimler Truck AG, its subsidiaries, contractual partners, employees of branches and their relatives are excluded from participation.

    Legal entities and employees of non-independent companies that are competitors of Daimler Truck AG in the truck sector are also excluded from participation.

    In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions of participation, Daimler Truck AG reserves the right to exclude persons from participation.

    Multiple participation is not possible. Daimler Truck AG reserves the right to exclude participants identified as having entered more than once.

    Anyone who provides false personal details will also be excluded.

    5. Prizes.

    5 winners will be drawn from all participating users.

    The prize includes participation in the RoadStars eActros Experience in Wörth on 17 and 18 April 2026.

    Prizes cannot be paid out in cash.

    The transfer of a prize to third parties is excluded.

    6. Data protection.

    6.1  Purposes of data processing

    The personal data you provide to us will only be processed for the purpose of administering this promotion. The data will be used to determine the winners of the promotion and to notify them, as well as for uses within the scope of the rights granted by participants under Section 7 of the terms and conditions of participation.

    6.2  Legal basis

    The processing of this data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

    6.5  Data categories

    We process the following categories of personal data: name, street, house number, city, postcode, country, driving licence data.

    6.6  Deletion

    All collected personal data will be deleted on 01/06/2026. The foregoing does not apply to uses within the scope of the rights granted by participants under Section 7 of the terms and conditions of participation.

    6.7  Disclosure to third parties

    Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of Germany-based service providers ("processors") who support the implementation of this promotion.

    6.8  Rights of data subjects

    You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:

    Pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to request information about the data stored by us.

    Pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to have incorrect data rectified.

    Pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to have your data erased, unless there is a legal basis for further storage.

    Pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your data. This means that your data will still be stored, but may only be processed under limited conditions (e.g. with your consent or for the assertion of legal claims).

    Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to data portability with regard to all data you have provided to us. This means that we will provide you with this data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

    6.9  Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

    You have the option of contacting the above-mentioned data protection officer or a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the General Data Protection Regulation.

    7. Image rights.

    The participant grants Daimler Truck AG a free, simple, spatially and temporally unlimited right, transferable to third parties, to archive, edit, reproduce, distribute, exhibit and publicly reproduce photographs and film recordings for documentation and commercial purposes. The aforementioned exploitation rights are granted irrespective of the transmission and reproduction channels; they in particular include the right to exploit the material on the Internet.

    8. Early termination of the promotion.

    Daimler Truck AG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Daimler Truck AG will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper implementation of the promotion cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, Daimler Truck AG may claim compensation from that person for the damage incurred.

    9. Liability.

    Daimler Truck AG shall only be liable for damage caused by Daimler Truck AG or one of its vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or by the breach of essential contractual obligations. This does not apply to damage resulting from injury to life, limb and/or health.

    The above limitation of liability applies in particular to damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses.

    10. Other.

    The Organiser’s decision is final.

    The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

    Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation.

    The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform that consumers can use for the out-of-court resolution of a dispute arising from online contracts with a company established in the EU. This can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. 

    Notice in accordance with Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG): The Organiser will not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) and is not obliged to do so.
