Mercedes-Benz Trucks Uptime
Efficiency through transparency
Mercedes‑Benz Trucks Uptime continuously checks a wide range of systems on your truck in real time. It connects your truck to your company as well as to your Mercedes‑Benz Trucks Service partner. The proactive diagnostic and repair tool detects critical conditions and keeps you informed about your truck's maintenance and repair needs. Information that saves you time and money. This helps reduce and, ideally, avoid breakdowns, better plan workshop visits, and extend maintenance intervals.
Due to Uptime's 24/7 technical monitoring, your truck with Uptime active receives a longer interval for motor maintenance.1

After that, the digital Uptime service is automatically available in the Fleetboard Portal, the central connectivity solution for all your telematics services. Here you have a complete overview of all vehicles booked in your fleet.
Preventing breakdowns
Act before the situation is critical.
Within 240 seconds of a critical condition being detected in the vehicle, the details, including recommendations for the workshop, are available. If your truck is acutely at risk of a breakdown, the Daimler Truck Customer Center will contact you and, if necessary, organise the immediate repair at a Mercedes‑Benz Trucks Service Partner. This can save you a lot of stress and long downtimes.
Efficient workshop visits
More planning security for you.
Mercedes-Benz Trucks Uptime detects the maintenance and repair needs of your truck in time and forwards them directly to your preferred Mercedes-Benz Trucks Service Partner. This allows your customer advisor to bundle upcoming work and appointments so that you can schedule your workshop visits more efficiently. Additionally, the system supports you with repairs that you can carry out yourself. This saves you unnecessary repair costs.
Longer maintenance intervals
Cover an extra 30,000 kilometres.
For your Actros with Mercedes-Benz Trucks Uptime, we have another advantage for you: With the free maintenance interval extension, the maximum distance to the next engine maintenance increases from 120,000 to 150,000 km!1
This is made possible for your truck by the continuous monitoring and analysis of all relevant vehicle components. Because trust in our technology moves you forward.
Independent repairs
Do-it-yourself, save costs.
For repairs that you can carry out independently, Mercedes‑Benz Trucks Uptime supports you by providing concrete action recommendations for upcoming maintenance measures. This saves you unnecessary repair costs.
