The Mercedes‑Benz G90 PowerShift 3 automated transmission (6‑speed) provides faster gear shifting compared to previous generations, contributing to driving comfort and optimized fuel consumption. The control lever is integrated into the steering column for ergonomic operation.
Accelo is equipped with the Mercedes‑Benz OM 924 engine — a 4‑cylinder, 4.8‑liter power unit delivering 163 hp and 610 Nm of torque. This engine platform is also applied in higher GVW vehicle segments.
Updated fuel injection mapping and optimized exhaust aftertreatment thermal management contribute to fuel consumption improvements of up to 3%. The Top Brake engine brake system supports additional operational safety.
