At the Industry Information Centre, you can get specific advice and test drive trucks intensively to test your requirements under real conditions. If you have already made your choice and ordered a truck, you can collect it from the Customer Experience Centre. And here at the site of one of the largest truck manufacturers, you can find out about the technologies of the future – either during a factory tour or in one of our training courses by professionals for professionals.

The Customer Experience Centre brings Mercedes-Benz Trucks to life in all their facets. You can explore a range of themed experience areas where tradition meets innovation and the values of reliability, partnership and progress come to life – from the eActros 600 Experience World to the History Wall.
Modern meeting rooms and the spacious Truck Lounge offer an inspiring environment for exchange, advice and meetings. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the barista bar and selected dishes in the Truck Lounge. In the World of Partnership, you can get to know partner companies of Mercedes-Benz Trucks.

eTruck Charging Park
eMobility as a holistic solution.
Meet the eActros in its natural habitat live in Wörth. Our eTruck Charging Park features charging stations from various manufacturers and in different configurations. It was created as part of a joint project with the Netze BW Services division. Here we provide information on hardware, layout and installation. For instance, energy costs can be cut by using solar energy, battery banks and smart control of charging processes. Visit the eTruck Charging Park on site in Wörth now.

Vehicle collection
Ordered and ready for pick up.
A perfect start: there is a detailed handover when picking up your new truck. The MyNewTruck@Wörth training course offers you the opportunity to learn new theoretical and practical knowledge. In addition, you will receive technical instruction on your vehicle. Before you can pick up your truck, your dealer will arrange an appointment and issue you with a pick-up pass – you will need this for authorisation at the Customer Experience Centre. You will need a temporary registration plate and fully comprehensive insurance for the transfer. Available to order up to two days before pick-up.
Guided factory tour
Behind the scenes.
Exciting insights: with over 2.9 million square metres, the Wörth plant is one of the largest production facilities in the world. On our factory tour, you will gain fascinating insights into how our vehicles are made, from the body shell, on which welding robots carry out extremely intricate work, to the production line for interior fittings. Meanwhile, highlights of the assembly process include the marriage and, of course, the finished truck. At the factory, you will experience the passion and dedication put into the construction of each individual vehicle by over 10,000 employees. This is where Atego, Arocs and Actros are produced. Including the future‑oriented electric versions.
Factory tours take place Mon–Fri from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Each tour takes 90 minutes. For safety reasons, children under 14 years of age are unfortunately not allowed to take part. No pets.
How to book your factory tour.
Use our external online booking system to directly book tickets for your preferred date. A guided tour costs €25.90 per person.
Choose the Exclusive tour option for group tours (up to 30 people). The factory tour will then be limited to your own group.
