Manage your agreement

Our first priority is the health and safety of our team and our customers. Due to the global impact of the Coronavirus, it’s taking longer than normal to get through to our Customer Service Centre.

If you have concerns about your financial situation, please email us at mbfscv@daimler.com with your agreement number or vehicle registration, include the reason you require financial support and what level of support you need. Please title your email Coronavirus.

We’re getting lots of requests, so it may take us up to 10 working days to respond, but we’ll come back to you as quickly as possible.

In order for us to help you as quickly as possible please include the following information in your email:

  • Agreement number
  • Registration number
  • Chassis number

You can find this information on your agreement. If you cannot find these then please provide as much other information as you can.
