The used part is professionally disassembled into its constituent parts. This means that 99% of the parts can be reused or fed into the recycling cycle.
Each part is thoroughly cleaned in a complex process. Various processes are applied, from solvent baths to glass bead blasting.

If your transmission is badly damaged, for example because shavings have got into it, it is usually advisable to replace it with a remanufactured transmission. You send the faulty transmission to us and we immediately send you one that has been previously repaired one by our specialist Reman team.
RemanPlus
If the damage does not affect the entire transmission, it is usually worthwhile having it repaired at our plant. This is designed for the long term and is often cheaper financially. There are two variants to choose from – Standard service and Express service – depending on how quickly your truck needs to be back in operation. We even offer a third option for the Unimog.
You will receive a repaired transmission within a week. After replacement, you send your old, faulty transmission to us. The price depends on the extent of damage.
If things need to move particularly quickly, your damaged components will be prioritised. In this case you will receive a repaired transmission after one to two days. After replacement, you send your faulty transmission to us. The price depends on the extent of damage. An express fee will be added.
You send in the faulty transmission. All damaged parts and all wear parts are replaced at the Unimog plant. You will receive the transmission back about 15 days later. The price depends on the extent of damage. (Applies not only to transmissions, but also to engines and other major assemblies.)
