    When your vehicle shows signs of a potential fault, Uptime responds instantly. Within just 240 seconds, recommendations are sent directly to the Mercedes‑Benz Trucks dealer system. If a critical issue is detected, our dedicated Truck Customer Centre will proactively contact you and, if needed, arrange repairs with your nearest authorised service partner.
