Mercedes-Benz Trucks at IFAT 2026
Possible solutions for the circular economy of tomorrow: In May 2026 the environmental sector will meet in Munich. Mercedes-Benz Trucks will be there and will show on site how technological maturity and ecological responsibility go hand in hand in day-to-day municipal operations. Find out here — and at the exhibition stand — what the Unimog U 530 with the UNI-TOUCH® control system can do and how electrically powered vehicles are already being used in municipal service today.
It's worth stopping by.
From 4 to 7 May 2026, the Munich exhibition centre will be transformed into the central meeting point for the environmental sector. Anyone who wants to take a closer look at innovations not just on paper but in person will find the highlights from Mercedes-Benz Trucks in Hall C6, Stand 451.
Hands-on innovation: our stars in Hall C6.
A cross-section of the current vehicle fleet is on display in Hall C6 at stand 451. But technology only comes into its own in action: additional vehicles demonstrate, as part of the moderated VAK Truck in Action live shows in the outdoor area, what they’re capable of.

eActros
The eActros 400 offers space for up to six people and features all Mercedes‑Benz Trucks safety assistance systems available as standard equipment. Shown here as a bodybuilder vehicle, the eActros is equipped with a Meiller three-way tipper, a Palfinger crane and winter service equipment from Bucher.
eEconic
At the IFAT exhibition stand, the eEconic 400 demonstrates how targeted modifications can enable even challenging tasks to be carried out electrically. Keyword: Custom Tailored Trucks.
Workflows made easy.
The demands on municipal equipment carriers are constantly increasing – the Unimog U 530 is the answer. The heart of the cab is the UNI‑TOUCH® system, which simplifies complex work processes with its swivelling 10.5‑inch touch monitor and ergonomic controls. It enables the driver to individually tailor the vehicle to his needs for year‑round operation.
So IFAT visitors can expect quite a lot!
