The strong interest shows that the Unimog Service Days strike a chord with customers. "It's a top offer. Not only because it's free, but above all because we get tips on how to handle it and because a Unimog specialist from the plant in Wörth is on site," says Roland Brändli from the Oberbüren depot. "We use the Unimog for mowing, as well as for winter service and often for tunnel cleaning. It can hardly afford to rest, so every maintenance is worth its weight in gold for us."

Paul Raschle from the road district inspectorate in Gossau is also convinced by the Unimog Service Days: "Everything is very well organized, the concentrated expertise is impressive. The exchange with other professional drivers is also valuable." The service days are held throughout Switzerland and are, for example, also very well received in Graubünden. Carlo Ronner, head of commercial vehicle service at Ring Garage AG Chur, confirms: "The service days are well structured. Things move along briskly, and yet there are always opportunities for constructive conversations. Our customers therefore greatly appreciate this additional offering."

The Unimog TecCheck adds further value. Matthias Klenert, the Unimog expert from the Wörth plant, explains why: "In the past we filled out forms by hand; today everything is digital. Thanks to the new app we are much more efficient, and the required data is saved automatically." Klenert sees further advantages: "We can capture vehicles and defects with images and, together with the reports, immediately forward them electronically to customers, dealers and workshops." He adds with a laugh: "I have to say, though, the Swiss take good care of their vehicles; all in all, the inspected Unimog are in good condition."
