Action trucks for forest and field.

    Special vehicles for your industry.

Action trucks for forest and field.

    When you need performance.

    Ready for your mission

    Agriculture, chopping, ploughing, maintenance.

Plenty of power for off-road use in fields or forest – plus the right implements: whether you need to plough or maintain fields, transport or chop wood, Mercedes‑Benz trucks offer you all of this, thanks to their flexible body options. Meaning you can reliably complete all your tasks, from green space maintenance or wood harvesting, to working in fields.

Whether on a field track or forest path, in fields or on a slope: you need ground clearance and power for heavy loads as well as good on-road capabilities. With Mercedes‑Benz trucks, you can transport grain or vegetables, rapeseed or beets, oats or hay bales with agility and comfort.

Mulching, mowing, manoeuvring: for successful sowing and harvesting, you need to prepare and maintain the soil. The flexible body and attachment options of Mercedes‑Benz trucks ensure that you have the right booms, ploughs or cranes for your tasks.

Felling trees, maintaining woodland, and producing firewood or wood chips: you don’t get far in tasks like these without heavy equipment. Thanks to their numerous body options, you can attach the implements you need to your Mercedes‑Benz trucks, including platforms, rear cranes, automatic splitting saws or shredders. A mechanical, rear PTO and integrated hydraulic systems, as for the Unimog implement carrier, enable you to operate a variety of supporting implements on site in the forest.

When greenery grows and blooms between spring and autumn, it needs to be regularly trimmed, cut and shredded. Whether you need a crane or want to be equipped with variable steering to have the best view of your working area: Mercedes‑Benz trucks offer you a wide range of options.

If maintaining roads or preparing for their construction is part of your job, you need cranes, lifting platforms, root cutters or mulchers. The cooperation between Mercedes‑Benz Trucks and various body manufacturers offers a wide selection so you can choose the right configuration for your tasks.

Fertilising and mulching: if you need to work on larger areas in your fields or meadows, Mercedes‑Benz trucks ensure that you can attach and use the necessary implements. The Unimog in particular provides you with interfaces for particularly flexible implement use, thanks to its mounting plate and front PTO.

In winter, once the harvest season is over and sowing is still ahead, you can use your Mercedes‑Benz truck for other tasks. The Unimog in particular is great for a wide range of tasks, such as winter service operations, and thus remains fully utilised, providing you with an additional source of income.

    Unimog implement carrier

The Unimog offers clear advantages for this application, especially for sensitive tasks such as plant protection and fertilisation: the drop centre axles ensure a high ground clearance, ideal for crop protection in cereal cultivation. The tyre pressure is optimally adapted to the ground with the tyre pressure control system. This means that operating the Unimog with good traction is particularly gentle on the ground, even in inclement weather conditions. Last but not least, the rear PTO enables the entire engine power to be transferred to implements for demanding requirements, such as with large-scale mowers.

    Extreme off-road Unimog

In rough terrain, you need a robust truck. The extreme off-road Unimog offers you a wide range of options: with a fording capability of up to 1.2 m and equipped with a platform, plant protection sprayer or crane, you can reliably tackle your work with it.

    Actros and eActros

If you need to transport grain, hay, feed or other agricultural products, the Actros is your vehicle. With its high payload capacity and powerful engines, you can transport large quantities of crop efficiently. It also supports you as a driver with modern driver assistance systems that help you on long journeys and increase safety. Whether with modern, durable and efficient diesel engines or with battery-electric drive. Because the eActros is environmentally friendly and even locally CO2‑neutral when driving.

    Arocs

You can use the Arocs as a particularly robust and versatile vehicle for both forestry and agriculture applications. In the forestry sector, you have the option of equipping the Arocs with special bodies for timber transport, while in the agricultural sector you can transport heavy machines and equipment. Its powerful all-wheel drive and high ground clearance make it easier for you to drive over difficult terrain.

    Atego

With the Atego, you have a light to medium-heavy commercial vehicle that transports timber and other forestry products for you. With its compact design and high manoeuvrability, the Atego can also get through narrow forest paths and rough terrain, thanks to its optional all-wheel drive and special off-road tyres that ensure stability and additional traction on the move.
