    Range

The right (battery) pack for your tours.

Whether operating regionally or on international routes – the eActros is available in several variants that are tailored to different transport requirements. The first question might be: Do I need more range or more payload? Find out which model best suits your operational profile.

    Electrified efficiency.

Long-distance driving without charging worries: the eActros 600 can travel up to 500 km without recharging.1 Future megawatt charging will enable charging from 20 to 80% in around 30 minutes.9 Its drive system delivers extra power. And the lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries contain no nickel or cobalt and offer enormous advantages in terms of service life and power flow.

    400 vs. 600

    eActros 400

    Medium range meets payload.

Equipped with two battery packs (approximately 414 kWh8), the eActros 400 is the ideal choice for domestic long-distance transport. It offers an efficient solution for operators who return to the depot daily or operate short to medium-distance routes. Because of the lower weight, a higher payload of approximately 25 t is also available.

    eActros 600

    Long distances? No problem.

With CCS2 charging as standard, charging time on the road can be efficiently integrated into the timetable. The three LFP battery packs with a total of approximately 621 kWh8 are long-lasting, low-maintenance and free of nickel and cobalt.

For additional comfort on long journeys, the ProCabin not only enhances the sense of space but, with its aerodynamic shape, also reduces energy consumption.

The eActros 600 is the solution for scheduled international routes, as it offers a 500 km range without recharging1 and, thanks to its charging technology and driving comfort, also supports longer distances.

    Powertrain: full power ahead.

On inclines or during acceleration, it's clear: efficient driving requires the right drive power. The new e-axle is specifically designed for that. With 400 kW of continuous power and a peak output of 600 kW, it propels the eActros powerfully forward and uphill. Thanks to the four-speed transmission technology and the Predictive Powertrain Control system, energy consumption can even be reduced by up to 50% compared with diesel vehicles.

    LFP battery: charged for greatness.

Sustainable and economical, quiet and full of power: thanks to newly developed lithium iron phosphate batteries, the eActros offers you a complete package of great features:

    • Service life of up to 1,200,000 km
    • Future megawatt charging from 20 % to 80 % in approx. 30 minutes1
    • Sustainable battery cell design without cobalt and nickel
    • Six-year warranty

    Cabin variants

    Two cabins, one goal:
    Comfort.

The eActros is available with the proven cab design in ClassicSpace and StreamSpace, as well as with the ProCabin (available in Stream, Big and Giga).
While the proven cab is designed for shorter distances or more stops, the ProCabin offers maximised space and additional comfort for longer journeys. All variants come as standard with the modern Multimedia Cockpit Interactive 2.

    ProCabin

That extra touch of comfort for long days.

The image shows the interior of the cab of an eActros by Mercedes‑Benz Trucks at dusk, with a view of the bed and the driver's seat. Through the windscreen, wind turbines and a field at sunset can be seen, conveying a peaceful atmosphere.

Peace in the cocoon. Less noise and fewer vibrations create a whole new driving experience. The cabin insulation and the quiet powertrain create an acoustic cocoon. As a result, the perceived noise level is significantly lower than in a conventional truck. For a clear head even after long days.

A man in work clothes is sitting at the wheel of an eActros from Mercedes-Benz Trucks and is looking to the right while holding the steering wheel. On the dashboard there are digital displays and a large screen showing a map. Through the windshield you can see an industrial area with a large building.

Step in and feel at home. With improved seat heating, pleasant ambient lighting and optional extras such as a 230V socket or a second refrigerator, the ProCabin becomes a comfort zone – day and night.

A white eActros with ProCabin from Mercedes‑Benz Trucks and a box body is driving on an asphalt surface, while in the background a modern building with an external staircase and a large ventilation duct can be seen. A driver is visible in the truck's cab.

The ProCabin is highly efficient: from the aerodynamic roof shape with an additional fore spoiler, through sail-shaped wingtip flaps to the MirrorCam — all enhanced to reduce air resistance and increase energy efficiency. And: Matrix LEDs (optional) ensure excellent visibility.

Everything you need. Nothing you're missing.

A white eActros from Mercedes-Benz Trucks with a box body is driving through an illuminated tunnel. The lights on the tunnel walls are reflected on the truck's glossy surface, creating a dynamic scene.

Hardly audible, hardly noticeable – even in the ClassicSpace or StreamSpace cabin with its proven design, it remains pleasantly quiet even at full speed. The reduced noise and vibrations ease the strain on the driver and thus allow greater focus behind the wheel.

A man in work clothes climbs into the Mercedes‑Benz Trucks eActros, with a TruckCharge charging station visible in the background. The focus is on the driver as he holds onto the handrail while getting in.

Easier to get on: With a 170 mm lower entrance, boarding is noticeably more comfortable – ideal for frequent stops.

The picture shows the interior of the eActros by Mercedes‑Benz Trucks from the perspective of the passenger seat. You can see the steering wheel with the Mercedes star, the dashboard with digital displays and screens, and the comfortable seats in light‑grey fabric.

The eActros with the proven L cab at 2.30 m width – available as ClassicSpace and StreamSpace – is ideal for operations with frequent stops and fewer overnight stays. It offers well‑thought‑out comfort and, of course, comes as standard on board: the Multimedia Cockpit Interactive 2.

    Attentive assistants on board.

Safety first – that's what you can expect from a vehicle bearing the star. The eActros not only scores with the Mercedes‑Benz Trucks safety assistance systems, but also with features designed specifically for it. And with the MirrorCam you get a better all‑round view for your truck.

    Assistance systems: your safety upgrade.

Travel safely – with the innovative assistance systems from Mercedes‑Benz Trucks in the eActros. Its holistic safety concept not only meets statutory requirements and standards – it also goes beyond them in some respects.

The latest generation Active Drive Assist offers even more safety and comfort, especially on long journeys. From the automatic distance control (including stop-and-go in traffic jams) and the intelligent lane keeping assist to the Emergency Steering function: in the event of a collision risk during a lane change, the system can actively intervene and steer your truck back into its lane. If, for example, you are no longer able to act due to health problems, the hands-off warning can, if you fail to respond, carry out a controlled emergency stop.

Active Brake Assist already meets the AEBS (Advanced Emergency Braking System) legislation that will come into force in September 2028. The 270° fusion technology features expanded surround sensing. In this way, the system is able to react even more quickly to critical situations. As a result, a higher level of accident avoidance can be achieved for vehicles up to 90 km/h as well as for pedestrians and cyclists up to 60 km/h. The system now also clearly indicates when it is not yet fully active.

The enhanced second-generation Active Sideguard Assist can support you when changing lanes or when making turning maneuvers with restricted visibility at all speeds. In addition, the two-stage warning system can alert you to potential hazards so that, through timely intervention, you can defuse a critical traffic situation.

The Frontguard Assist can increase driving safety even before you set off: it monitors the traffic area in front of the vehicle and assists you at speeds up to 15 km/h, for example when the vehicle is stationary, when pulling away or at junctions. If the system detects moving objects in front of the vehicle, such as people, the warning system can help you react in time with a two-stage hazard warning.

Attention Assist 2 can help prevent accidents caused by driver inattention or drowsiness by means of visual and acoustic warnings. Using an integrated camera, it detects the driver's visual attention by tracking gaze angle and the driver's level of drowsiness. All data remain in the vehicle.

    Life cycle assessment

    Up to 80 %* less CO2eq emissions.

With the eActros 600 with ProCabin you reduce your CO2eq footprint. Although due to its batteries it initially records higher CO2eq emissions in production than a comparable diesel truck, the break-even is reached after just over 83,000 kilometers driven if you charge the eActros 600 exclusively with renewable energy. Over the roughly 10 years or 1.2 million kilometers of its entire lifespan from production to the end of its service, the eActros 600 saves up to 80 percent CO2eq emissions depending on the electricity mix. This is derived from the life cycle assessment – the analysis of the energy balance and environmental impacts.

    Video thumbnail

During production of the eActros 600, 89,725 kilograms of CO2eq are emitted. Raw materials and logistics, particularly for the battery cells, do generate more emissions than for comparable diesel trucks, but the investment pays off quickly: after just over 83,000 kilometers* on the road, the CO2eq balance is offset.

If the eActros 600 is charged with fully renewable energy (EU-Green-Grid-Mix**), its CO2eq balance compared with comparable diesel trucks is already offset after just over 83,000 kilometers on the road – and this with an expected lifetime of around 1.2 million kilometers.

If the eActros is charged with the average electricity mix including fossil energy sources (EU-Grid-Mix 2021**), it overtakes comparable diesel trucks after just over 155,000 kilometers and evens out the CO2eq balance accumulated since production.

After up to 10 years and up to 1.2 million kilometers, the eActros 600  with ProCabin has been in service. In doing so, it has not only avoided CO2eq emissions that comparable diesel trucks would have produced in the same period. Furthermore, over its entire life cycle, the eActros 600 reduces air and water pollutants by up to 51%.

The highest possible savings are achieved by the eActros 600 with ProCabin when it draws its power throughout its entire truck life from renewable energies such as biomass or wind, solar and hydro energy. The EU-Green-Grid-Mix 2021 precisely reflects this average electricity supply from 100 percent renewable energy.

Of course your truck can also charge using electricity from sources that, in addition to renewables, also include fossil sources. This electricity mix is represented by the EU-Grid-Mix 2021. Compared with a diesel vehicle, this electricity mix is also economical.

While the overall CO2eq balance of the eActros 600 breaks even with a comparable diesel truck under the EU-Green-Grid-Mix 2021 after just over 83,000 kilometers, it does so under the EU-Grid-Mix 2021 after about 155,000 kilometers.

    * EU‑Green‑Grid‑Mix 2021 – based on a vehicle life cycle assessment (LCA) conducted in accordance with the certified guidelines of TÜV Rheinland Energy & Environment GmbH and harmonized with ISO 14040 and 14044. The assessment was critically reviewed by Sphera Solutions GmbH Inc., an independent third‑party expert for sustainability and life cycle assessment. The decisions made in the development of this LCA, including the specifications for the functional unit and the methodologies, have a significant impact on the results. Therefore, a comparison with other truck models or vehicles is neither recommended nor intended.
