Advisers analyse the operating conditions for you, considering stop points and duration, speed, altitude profiles and other factors. Based on this analysis, you will receive a charging concept, including an optimised layout and charging infrastructure, that is tailored to your needs.
A dedicated cost analysis is carried out, including potential subsidies, grants and tax benefits once the analysis and preparation of the charging concept has been completed. This gives you transparent advice and recommendations for the best possible set-up.
Infrastructure
Charging infrastructure tailor-made for your needs.
You get state-of-the-art charging stations from one of the leading providers. The charging stations offer different charging capacities: 50 kW, 200 kW and 400 kW.
Reliable professionals are required for installation, commissioning, power supply systems and construction measures. You will be supported in finding and selecting from a wide network of qualified partners.
Experienced partners take care of the installed charging infrastructure digitally – 24 hours a day. Repairs and maintenance work is carried out quickly and reliably online or on site.
Operation
Optimised processes in operation.
All charging stations are digitally networked and charging processes are centrally controlled: with Fleetboard Charge Management, you can control the charging of your fleet and optimise the use of your electric trucks.1
The Charging Network increases the number of fast-charging points outside your own depot. On-site charging facilities are made available for public use.
As the operator of a depot with its own charging infrastructure you can use it more efficiently: by allowing additional external users you can monetize excess capacity and open up an additional revenue stream for your company. You retain a high level of scheduling certainty thanks to a digital booking system for precise charging time slots. As a host you benefit from a reliable payment system that handles all transactions and ensures you are paid for every charging session.
As a guest you gain greater scheduling certainty for your transport operations through access to a Europe-wide e-charging network with the option to charge any of your eTrucks at all participating depots. This also enables you to charge on the go at attractive prices. Through the provided digital platform, including an app and charging card, depot search, booking and billing are fast, flexible and straightforward.
Charging card
DIGITAL PAYMENT.
The charging card2,3 for Mercedes‑Benz Trucks lets you travel beyond the maximum range of your electric truck. The payment process for charging at public charging points in Europe4 is cashless and easy.
You can access the growing public network of partner company UTA Edenred, with around 900 operators in 28 countries4. The optional UTA eCharge® app helps you to find suitable charging points near your destination and details about the station. The charging process is simply controlled using the app.
The charging card is issued separately for each electric truck. Driver registration is not required, so the card can be used by multiple drivers. All costs for services on the road that are processed via the card can be assigned to the respective truck.
Whether it’s tolls, tunnels, bridges, ferries, vehicle washes or parking at secure truck stops — handling these mobility services is also made easier with the charging card.

HYC50
Small and efficient: the HYC50 is a 50 kW charger that can be mounted on the wall or on a pole – ideal for charging an eTruck overnight.

HYC200
More power: the HYC200 provides a total output of 200 kW and enables shorter charging times. Greater flexibility: with a second, optional charging cable, two eTrucks can be charged in parallel.

HYC400
The top model: of the three chargers offered, the HYC400 offers the greatest flexibility and the highest charging speed, with a total charging capacity of 400 kW in the maximum configuration. The product range extends from an upgradeable 200 kW version with one cooled charging cable to a 400 kW version with two cooled charging cables for parallel charging of two eTrucks.
