Parking brake, electronic with hold function.
The electronic parking brake with HOLD function combines simpler handling, greater comfort and a higher level of safety.
Multimedia Cockpit.
Two classic USB-C ports enable the connection of mass storage devices, charging with up to 5 V/3 A as well as the connection of two mobile devices for hands-free operation via Dual Bluetooth. The smartphone integration Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is also possible.
Traffic Sign Assist.
The new assistance system aids the driver in recognising certain traffic signs in real-time, displays up to two of them in the instrument cluster simultaneously and thus makes for greater safety and driving comfort. Furthermore it informs the driver when, for example, the speed limit is exceeded.
Predictive Powertrain Control.
The system, now fitted as standard, integrates an additional mode into the automatic transmission system that adapts to the topography of the road ahead, enabling fuel savings of up to 5 % in conjunction with the precisely matched driving strategy.
MirrorCam.
Just like with conventional mirrors, you can adjust the area shown using the door control panel. Besides the screen brightness adjusting to twilight/darkness automatically, you can also set screen brightness manually for the left or right-hand side individually to ensure optimum observation of the traffic conditions.
Sideguard Assist.
This optionally available system can assist the driver during cornering or lane changing by detecting moving and stationary objects in the warning zone on the right or in the tracking pattern in certain situations201, 211 and providing visual and audible warnings for the driver.

Active Brake Assist 5.
The fifth generation of the system assists the driver in that, under ideal conditions and within the system's capabilities, it can perform emergency braking when approaching stationary and moving objects, and perform partial or full braking for moving pedestrians, thus mitigating or even preventing accidents entirely.
