Sustainable, fully electric and quiet.
eMobility is about more than just a new drive system.
Successful customer operations
eMobility is the future – and is already a reality today: since 2018, the vehicles of our Innovation Fleet have been proving themselves in practice with customers Europe-wide. This provides important insights and ensures the high quality of series production from 2021.
With a capacity of 240 kWh, the batteries of the eActros have enough power for a good 200 kilometres on heavy-duty distribution routes. Depending on the charging output, a complete charge takes between two to eleven hours. And the batteries of the upcoming eActros Long Haul are even more powerful: they will be designed for a range of around 500 kilometres.
Charging infrastructure & energy supply
When you are embarking on eMobility, a central challenge is the charging infrastructure and energy supply. Mercedes-Benz will assist you with this in close co-operation with some strong partners.
eMobility is already state-subsidised in many European countries. In addition to subsidies for vehicles themselves, the charging infrastructure is being given a considerable amount of state funding.
Services & maintenance
Last but not least, Mercedes-Benz is a strong service brand. That's why we continuously train our employees on the subject of eMobility – both as concerns the technologies and the services available. This means that you can rely on the accustomed Mercedes-Benz quality even in the case of completely new vehicles in your fleet.
